Thane Krios even though i love Chucks vocals to death (hehe) i don't think his vocal style would fit in here, these vocals fit perfectly IMO.

Kevin Uchiha Well it's similar, but Revocation has a lot of faster songs. Death has a lot of mid-tempo songs. You can hear plenty of thrash metal influences in both bands though.

Revocation, Allegaeon, Sylosis are my top 3 for epic solos/drums. Havok is amazing thrash band

Very underrated band, they reintroduced the dueling guitars and the vocalist isn't a bad soloist.

What I like about this band the most is the sound keeps going and changing through each song. It starts one way and ends another; each song is an adventure of ear bleeding brain melting double penetrating metal.

these guys are bringing something back to metal that i miss today in many bands: the rock'n'roll. and overwhelming joy of playing. very much influences here than just straight up shredding.

First time i ever listend to a Revocation song and i hear a lot of Megadeth in their sound. Awsome riffs.

Just saw these guys in Charlotte, they rule live. Literally I could barely tell any difference whatsoever from the studio recording to the live, also, Dave is an awesome dude, he even took a picture with me. Such a cool band.

These guys are phenomenal. This is the best band I've stumbled upon in months. Holy shit, I'm amazed.

ThrashAlpha I think I had that shirt. On the back it read "Perilous Nations" the front has a reporter or photographer getting his tongue ripped out. I bought it after the Practice What You Preach tour Testament, Annihilator and Wrathchild America(aka Souls at Zero)at The Vic in Chicago '89....yup, I'm old.

11yrs later, still a fucking jam, this album. I still remember the first time I saw them live w/ Bodom, about a year after Chaos of Forms dropped. Stoked to see they have gone on to be one of the bigger bands in the scene.

revocation is just one of those bands where their songs grow on you immensely. Ive been listening to them since before Existence is Futile and heard all their songs a ton and they still become more powerful each listen.

Saw Dave on Herman Li's stream recently so I decided to check out Revocation. Holy fucking shit this band kicks ass.

First heard this song on Spotify a few months ago and I fucking love it. Just amazing raw energy. These guys have a ton of great songs, and good to see them still active. Keeping my eyes peeled for a show in the eastern PA/NJ area!

How is Revocation not one of the most successful metal bands right now? They are so much more approachable and listenable than some of the bands that are bigger. I have friends who don't listen to metal, but like Revocation. The songwriting is spot on, and the talent is unquestionable. This is what happens when metal goes to college.

I KNEW David was amazing in guitar, and I'd heard his vocals, but I never could put the two together until I saw this. I am amazed.
