Reviving Techwear by Making a Custom Outfit

This time, I'm working on a custom outfit in the techwear style. I normally do cosplay stuff, but I wanted to mix it up a little, so feel free to recommend what I can make next, whether cosplays or outfit styles.

I've been following your content for a while and honestly your witty jokes and sometimes dry humor is just always entertaining to watch! I could really see the improvement in your craft and videos from first to last, that's really inspiring! Can you maybe link the songs you use in your videos? They always fit and sound really good. Keep it up!

Thank you so so much, I really appreciate that comment! I only used songs by neffex (aside from the intro and the classical piece) and I have arranged the names of the songs in the infobox in the order I used them. Thank you again!

That's some real good stuff bro. Although I got a tip for ya: don't change the music every one minute, just chose a few songs for the video and that's it. Of course that's only my opinion and it's your choice how you make your videos, this is just a suggestion, that's all. (Sorry if my English is shit ._. )

That's very cool, but why would you take inspiration from the generic taobao design instead of more cuting edge stuff like acronym or enfin leve? Was their design too complicated or were you afraid of being accused of plagiarism? Edit: in retrospect, my comment was quite harsh, so I'd like to apologize. The jacket is pretty good, the sweatshirt is ok, it's the design of those cargo pants that I hate and that's what I was criticizing. Please keep it up and don't let assholes like me dissuade you from doing what you do.

All good, fair point though, why would I make a basic design when I am making an outfit from scratch? I really like the jacket with the slanted zipper, but i still went for a basic design. Mainly because I didn't want to f up a rather unique style (with my lack of skills) that I basically just copied. (I don't know how popular/represented it is) Even though i believe i got what you wanted to say in the unedited version when you postet it, i especially appreciate you for editing your comment!

@99oli Yeah I get it. If You are still interested in doing DIY techwear I think You should keep at it and do more projects to gain skills and confidence. Maybe start creating clothes in cheap fabricks for training and then remake them in expensive fabricks when you are happy with the results - less oportunities for f ups if you already trained on the same design before creating it "for real". Also you may want to search for patterns of some older military gear (as far as I know those designs are public domain) and try remaking them with your own ideas and modifications added. Both enfin leve (using m51 parka design) and riot division (with m65 jacket) have done so with succes. This way You're not plagiarising designer clothing, get the right style and train for more difucult designs. Just my thoughts. Good luck!
