My name is Melvin Muñoz. I’ve been dealing with anxiety and depression the last 2 years. I just felt like making a video that may help someone or some people that things can change for the better. Hopefully with my little story. It can help. Also I want to add. I did end up being addicted to the pills. Like Xanax and Valium and Lexapro.I would alway carry them with me. Where ever I go for just in case purpose. Now I do not. I haven’t carried them with me in like 3-4 months. I threw them shits away. Thank God. That was also making me feel worst. But Special thanks to my closest friends that’s helped me. Chris, Dan, Lenny, Brandi. Thanks to my aunt Iris for letting me stay at her place after I got sick again from my basement apartment. Also thanks to my father for always being there for me. I love all you guys so much. And I love everyone else who has helped me along the way also. Thank you!!
