It works if you use a few more points in the adaptive component to make it curved .. create it the way I did the structure family on minute 14.26... of this video: kzread.info/dash/bejne/g5iYtpSDgdHIpLA.html
how did you rotate the plane? i cant seem to set it vertically. 5:41

Do you mean the parameter that I named L? I made this parameter reporting because it's a parameter between 2 adaptive points. It means the parameter changes manually by the placement of the adaptive point - you can't change it by inputting values in the properties box. It will be read only so you need to make it reporting parameter for it to work in the formula. If doesn't work in the formula. Does this make sense?
