I can't say I'm perfect yet but the best way is to be patient and skip, stop, rewind and follow you whilst also designing on my computer. I grew frustrated at first until I decided to do exactly what you're doing. Big ups, you're the best facilitator on YT. Bravo

I just installed the Revit trial and this is my first tutorial. The pace of this is nuts. I have to keep pausing every 4 or 5 seconds to go back to Revit and figure out what you've done. Thank you for making this, it is loaded with information for a newbie like me.

I would recommend to keep the units in milimeter. Your walls are called "Generic 300mm", so it could be very confusing when the dimensions are in centimeter.

I always leave 625mm for kitchen units/wardrobes because the wall is never 100% straight. You can always leave a tiny gap at the back but it ensures that it doesn't stick out.

Hey I've been following your videos for quite a while and you guys are doing a great job. I've run into a few problems in revit, which though simple, i have been unable to find a solution: 1.How to annotate a ramp properly with slope arrows in the conventional direction? 2.How to annotate a cutout in the floor slab(a shaft works for making the cutout), but how do you put a cross across it in the plan view to delineate the cutout? 3.if we've modeled like an actual construction with slab beam and column apart from walls, how do we assign a material for the whole of the elevation facade in continuity rather assigning different colors and materials on different sides?
