I use premiere pro but in your case I’d use cap cut or devinchi resolve. For the cuts in the clip all you have to do is split it and cut to where you want the clip to continue from and delete the part you don’t need.

There’s a ton of them all over YT, but I don’t think a lot of them are exact because in my case I had to use 2 worlds as the first didn’t have the mod vault.
