One thing to keep in mind though, most roller coasters run the slowest in the morning. Fury is a very noticeable difference from morning to evening. Carowinds has come a LONG way in the last 20 years. The park is not even recognizable to what it was. I used to be all paved blacktop with no shade and Afterburn was the best coaster by far. The new area (Aeronautical Landing) has one of the best flat rides on earth, it the one with the airplanes in the back. That ride is great. As for food, next time you come check out the Country Kitchen by Copperhead Strike. They have AMAZING mac and cheese.

Btw the waterpark is included in park admission it’s not an extra charge. And always do knighthawk first as it has the slowest ops in the park so the slowest moving line.

Oh wow!!!! That’s awesome to hear about the water park. For some reason last time they didn’t allow us to go into the water park. Thank you for the update. I agree on doing nighthawk first next time. It was hard to time it because they opened it later on in the day.
