In Nov 22 they asked question on Sch 1 Part 1 Clause 2 & 3 and didn't give a single mark when the conclusion was incorrect. The expected answer was that as per Council General guidelines, fees can be shared. No marks given for quoting correct clauses either... which is fair enough...bt then shouldn't have that step marking thing

Sir, w.r.t. Clause 4 Part 1 Schedule I (Partnership clause), as per ICAI SM Pg. 18.42, Council has prescribed Regulation 53A(3) AND 53B for permitting partnership. Since Regulation 53A (3) includes MBA and B. Tech, partnership with these professionals is also allowed na?
