You will get the returns based on the tenure you applied for. None of the certificates offer daily profits. You will either get 3 months, 6 months or yearly profits.

Hi Sir, how long it takes to encash existing Naya Pakistan Certificates. I have in Meezan bank, just wondering how many days Meezan will take to encash before I can re-buy new ones. Thank you

normally it wont take a working day to redeem and the next day you can get it reissued.

Are the new rates applicable to the INPC or only to the conventional NPC?

I have checked different banks offering of revised rates, but no Islamic version has been offered yet. They may come soon, as Islamic version requires some workout before offering.

check again with your RM - but you have to reinvest to get the new rates.

What about USD based Naya Pakistan Certificates? Why it is not increased for USD based Certificates?

It’s upto the government to change or not. For USD, it’s inline with international rates or even better still.

I have both dollar and rupee . Dollar give 5 % and rupee 15 % so I converted dollar to rupee in rda Meezan .

You need to reinvest to get the revised rate of profits.

What about those who have already invested for five years? Would they get the old profit rate?

@@drabmalik65 You both are wrong. I asked relationship officer at Meezan Bank and got a reply "The profit rates have not yet been revised officially. Once they are, new rates would apply on your existing investments."
