This was an interesting video! I had no idea that these outfits existed for My life as, but I think it is a much more affordable option! The American Girl outfits are much cuter though, in my opinion.

I really love the Blue and White outfit! I also like the MLA Green outfits skirt and headband! I have the AG London, Ireland, Paris, and Italy. I want to get Japan. I didn't like it at first, but it's okay so I want to collect it!

I know that I am on a strict budget. But, I would rather hold off on buying an outfit if I can’t get a higher quality one. I have gone to Walmart and have looked through their clothing. Some of the outfits are cute. But, they are flimsy, cheaply made. Most of the time, they don’t come with shoes and socks. If they do, they are poorly made. The pajamas aren’t too bad, though. But, I wouldn’t buy them for fear that they would stain the doll or fall apart. I used to have some Walmart clothing. But, they fell apart. I take care of my things. So, I can’t imagine what would happen with children playing with the clothes.

AG needs to go after Walmart once and for all. That being said they don't hold a candle to the AG versions. They look really cheap and shiny. Taking the Irish outfit - Walmart version missing Boots and tights - both of excellent quality. And the Walmart cardigan is atrocious. Everything else is difficult to see on screen but I have no doubt the y don't last, and feel limp in comparison, even if you disregard the plaid of the skirt.

I bought an gymnastics outfit back in 2012 put it on my McKenna doll and left it on my doll and it left a red dye transfer stain on her arm. So be careful with these clothes

That is insane they literally copied those 3 outfits. I’ve never seen them in Walmart, but I don’t think I’d buy them for MY collection. For my 7 year old yes. But Walmart is like 10-12 $ then target is 13-18 $ and then American girl is $26+ depending on the outfit and accessories. I’d rather just spend the extra for quality beside I love the American girl stuff.
