Highly recommend getting one! Do you have other options you’re torn between?

@@SurfTechChannel just the happy everyday or the rad ripper mayhem. I’m in my 40’s so fitness comes and goes with the amount of swell frequency that I can get out and surf.

@@christophersmith8850 I have both the happy everyday and the rad ripper as well. We reviewed the happy everyday and will be reviewing the rad ripper after the DD2. That’s a tough decision and all three options are amazing. The deciding factor would ultimately be what style of board you’d ideally want to ride. They all can be rode in 90-95% of the conditions we see every day. HP shortboard style with the versatility of an every day board, go with the Happy Everyday. Rad ripper can be surfed super high performance, paddles extremely well, and is very versatile, just edges more towards an 80s outline/ style. The G Skate has the look of a hp fish, but can be surfed very performance and is pretty refreshing to add to an established quiver!

Agreed. I surfed it back to back with the Bobby Quad and the BQ groveled better. The G-Skate really felt similar to my Hypto Krypto. Maybe that pulled in tail. Hard to say since I didn't get to surf the G-skate much but hoping to get another chance next time the demo rolls around. Cheers, thanks for the review.

It works well in 2-6 ft surf for sure, but really comes alive in some bowls. That pulled in tail lets you push super hard. Hope you score on it!
