Very sus

I was surprised when took it for test drive. Comfort levels were poorer than previous gen. NVH about the same, ride was pretty harsh. Was not as bad as W205 but bad for D segment @ Accord standards. I would say Camry is the most comfortable while driving experience is one of the best. Passat is just few margins lower than Camry coming to ride comfort (understandable due to the size and weight difference) yet considerably more comfy than Accord. Coming to ride and handling, Camry and Passat quite close with Accord far away.

No matter how good honda is, still concerning on buying honda. I used to owned City 2017 but not even till 5 years already got much problems and until in 2020, I ended up sold off my honda city and trade to another car. Even until today, I still never buy honda including this year, there are recalls for city, city hatchback, civic, hrv and brv due to poor quality made in melaka, like what happened to my city 2017 quality

the engine and cvt sound are loud for a D-segment standard, very very loud in fact...

But yet, both civic and accord still no blind spot monitor. Honda spare part period really poor. Honda quality is also really poor

Also honda got lots of quality issues that needed to think twice before buying honda. Afraid that got lots of quality issues depending on honda models such as steering rack, rubber lining, oil compressor leaking, car body quality like tin milo, paint quality, absorber issues, loose parts for any parts including ceiling part, door panel, rear aircond and others, honda cvt, wind noises, rattle noises, honda sensing and others. Going to honda service center but problems never end

Very comprehensive review on the Accord. 9th Gen was so muchhhhhhhhhhhhhh better in terms of everything inside out. When I saw this 10th Gen accord I felt like everything has downgraded compared to its previous gen. I second to all bobby's opinion. very cheap plastic and poorly designed interior. Exterior can be subjective to each eyes.

The design language tells it all. Judging from both the interior and exterior, this is a longer version of Civic FC. Not a longer version of the latest FE Civic although this Accord and the FE Civic are currently on sale together. With that said, I think soon enough, Honda will release their new Accord to suit the FE generation lineup

@@luqmanhakimi910 Indeed. I know SUVs are super popular but i hope they give sedans a little more detail into it. Like current Civic and HRV, the lane watch and rear camera quality on the Civic is worse than HRV and HRV has sequential turn signals and nicer tail lights design. Not to mention HRV is only just a B-segment, where as Civic is C-segment.

Hahaha..new accord will launch 3 years later bro in malaysia. Now 10th gen accord not even get facelift in malaysia. and in us, it is launch in 2017. malaysia only get it in year 2020. imagine what year malaysia will get 11th gen accord

@@nickwong2525 Last time,Honda Malaysia launch accord within one year after usa launch. but now, facelifted 10th gen accord not even launch yet. Unless Honda Malaysia skip 10th gen facelift, then we will get this 11th gen fastest by 2025. Honda Malaysia never skip facelifted version as of today.

But trust me, Civic FE is way better than this Accord. Not worth of an upgrade just for considerable space of Accord. Civic is very good enough. And you'll appreciate the ride quality (feels Volkswagen). Firm enough to tackle corners and be planted on the tarmac. Yet supple and pliant enough to tackle road undulations and bumps. Civic FE RS wins hands down. Also to drive, it's superb.

I feel like at this d segment price range ioniq 5 if i can wait for it is unbeatable value

honda crv is truly the great deal... civic or accord is more for younger ones below 20 just obtain his/her license than civic type r or civic accord suits them but if they are more wiser than immediately crv or odyssey if they are more into branded mentality than mercedes b class, c class but one thing that hasn change that rolexes still means fam but of course doesn apply to everyone... depending on financial means and country.

Lexus RX / NX / ES is a goood option. Very well made car if you care less about brand image. Although may not be the fastest car but I can confident say the its the least of problematic cars out there.

Bobby, did you you check the tyre pressure? It could be too high. That may cause the very harsh ride. I know new Accord is no longer buttery smooth but the too high tyre pressure may also contribute.

Honestly, honda design is getting uglier. Those old honda models like Civic Ketam looks much better looking than Accord Stapler and Civic FE. Even new Accord doesn’t look really special.

Paultan just posted about the new accord and the front and rear of the exterior look promising. The interior looks very civic tho. I guess they are sticking to the accord being a bigger civic.

Yeah its a great Car very roomy on the inside and handling is very stable rewarding and comfortable. i also have it and u dont even get tired on a long drive. This guy is just angry on the dealership and taking the frustration out on the car.

How can you say Accord is best out of these? Come on. Passat and Camry have gold standard of ride quality, comfort, build quality. Camry does lose out a bit on performance but lagi jimat minyak. Passat has best performance and fuel efficiency. Camry and Passat interior is higher quality. Whatever said, enjoy what you have. I'm not disputing it but for both to openly downgrade Camry And Passat hmmm that's ridiculous.

Basically Accord is a non seller, for obvious reason. Bobby tries hard to hide his disappointment.

@@fahadnadir2403 Of course I have driven, otherwise how am I to comment??? The Accord is underwhelming. Even the new Civic FE RS rides and drives way better than this Accord. Accord is unnecessary stiff and quite jarring ride. Sitting position too low, build quality issues, quite uncomfortable, laggy gearbox.

I dont understand why Bobby is underrating this Honda Accord 10 Generation in very last minutes, knowing 11 generations will be out soon. Why not earlier?? Therefore in future he will only inform us the truth at the very last moment after his subcri brought the cars??

D segment sedans are dead

This is the best Accord yet Honda has made. won many awards like North American car of the year and is the best selling car in America. taking your frustration out on a car because of a dealer behaving badly with you is not a good sign of a Automotive journalist.

Looks like a bad car. Poorly designed.
