A small format game, and second edition of a PnP game from DracoIdeas. This little co-op is a pandemic-lite style game defending the late Roman empire from outside forces. Really fun little game, that's perfect for it's size.

It's amazing as a solo game; perfect balance between decision space and complexity. I took it with me while travelling long distances via train recently and it was a great companion to have.

I do like this game a lot. It can be kind of hilarious when bad luck gets out of control, but it's only happened a couple times. Another very good Pandemic-ish game is the new Clone Wars game.
