I purchased it after watching your review. The set up was easy and navigation was great too. It accurately mapped the whole floor on its own . But It doesn’t have a good suction even though the power is 4200 pascals. Instead of lifting up the dust and dirt, it scatters it. So, it doesn’t serve the purpose. I am going to return it.

This is my only vaccum cleaner now & haven't encountered any issues. I've had other robotic vaccum cleaners, so far this is the best & does spotless cleaning. After every cleaning, we have to remove the dust that's accumulated under the brush.

How to setup voice command using alexa ? I already download the apps. But dont know how to make robot speak

Open the Tapo app, go to Me > Voice Control, select Amazon Alexa and follow the app guidance to setup.

Hi! With regard to the mapping.. are you able to carry it upstairs so it can vacuum upstairs and have that on the map?

Absolutely, we can create separate maps for all the floors. To vaccum upstairs, have to keep the vaccum & the auto empty dock upstairs & then click on the map using the phone app. Works beautifully :)

Can we use floor cleaner liquid in the mop function

Not recommended. You can use water or Tapo cleaning agents instead of an unofficial floor cleaner as that may corrode the water tank or affect the lifetime of the vacuum.

Do hairs wrap around the main brush making it difficult to rotate unless removing the hair manually frequently?

Hair does wrap around, so far it hasn’t stopped rotating coz of the hair. After every cleaning I ensure to manually remove the hair. This is something we have to do manually with all robotic vacuum cleaners.

Hi please upgrade your firmware so that user can turn off their mobile app and vaccum still can run on their own after triggering from the mobile

If you go with the standard without the auto empty how often do you think you will need to empty?

You'll get the notification on your phone app when it's time to empty, it's a 4 L dust bag, if you vaccum every week, every 70 days you gotta empty.

What liquid did you use to mop the floor? Plain water?

Mops the hardwood floors pretty good. Ceramic& tile floors if dirty with lots of stains wouldn’t mop well. It’s a 3L capacity so good enough to mop the entire house once. It’s recommended to change the water for each mop. The vacuum cleaning is just amazing, spotless cleaning.

I’ve been using this since last year, does an amazing job vacuuming with its excellent mapping it covers every where. I highly recommend this one.
