Am not quite sure that will work. The keycard uses NFC technology to communicate with the lock

Hi, the lock is produced by tuya and using it as a replacement might need some adjustments to your door depending on which lock you used before(though not any major adjustment). You can purchase it from Amazon or Alibaba depending on where you are located but I have used it for over 8 months now and it works fine.

Hey, I've seen this video from you a few days ago and today the fingerprint door lock arrived at my home. When I installed it to the door, you could unlock and look it from outside. That means, no code or something is required to get in my room. How can I change that? Is this a specific setting I need to set up first? Edit: If your answer was the Tuya Smart App, it doesn't work for me. No code is sending to my app when I request for it via the display on the door lock and it doesn't connect with Wifi etc.

Please check the hole besides the reversing screw and adjust it to the correct position. The arrow on the hole should face down

The door lock may not fit exactly the same but am sure a handy man can adjust the fitting for this one to fit. I had to use a welder to do some work on the door since the old lock was not the same as this one. Am sure you don't have to change the entire door

yes you can set to use only fingerprint but the mechanical key will always be able to open the lock

Do you know if there is an option to delete the smart card from the TUYA application? What if someone looses their card, how to remove the access?

Hello, not been able to fine that option to remove access but i will suggest that you use the double unlock mode so whoever has the keycard will not be able to open the lock with a fingerprint or combination code.

Can you unlock it remotely via app? I can't find a way to do it! Only a dynamic password, which sucks, id like to unlock when someone is coming instead of going to do door and opening.

Hello sir, i just noticed in the setting under system settings, then unlock mode, enable passage mode will be able to open and close the lock without using any code. You can cancel the passage mode when you no longer want it enabled.

This lock has. Wifi, Bluetooth and zigbee versions. The one i used is a wifi version so you need to open the locks user menu by using *#. Then follow the instructions to admin setting, then network settings and choose smart connections before connecting through the app

Hello There should be a problem with the installation. Please open and check the hole where the rod goes through to connect the front and back panel. There is an arrow on that hole, turn it to point downwards. That should fix it

Hello Open the lock and check where the metal rod connects the front and back panels, there is and arrow. Rotate the arrow to face down and try again. It should be able to lock and open.
