The basketball arena at my college has these on woop. They were set off accidentally during a game, and believe me, several woop alarms in a big echoey stadium sounds really freaky.

This is by far definitely my most favorite alarm off all time! The tone and candella switches are easy to switch, it can get really loud, medium, or pretty quiet volume, it's easy to Mount and wire up, highly recommend this alarm if you are looking into getting your first alarm.

But since Gentex Commander 4 Which is the Ceiling mount is older Gentex Commander 3 is the best Gentex alarm but if the only place for the alarm is the Ceiling in a certain area then would contractors just put Gentex Commander 3 on a Ceiling? Or there is a Gentex Commander 3 Ceiling Mount? if not then Gentex Company is better make those Ceiling alarms so that contractors don't put Wall Mount Commander 3 on a Ceiling

I also like that they have a convenient to wire or four wire setting that way they can be powered with batteries for a simple switch wiring or you can switch it to four wire for a panel that has multiple Nacs for audible silence !👍🏻

i like the constant chime, it actually sounds like the door chime in my dad's chevy

I LOVE YOUR ALARMS S.E.R. SAFETY

I had a red strobe in the bathroom and swapped it out with a white strobe but I didn't have to unscrew the mounting plate or rewire so I think that's pretty cool that they did that!

Where was this? If this was in a public building, you should never do that because that's considered tampering. If this was at home, that's fine.

i had this at the first daycare i ever went to

I like commander threes too I didn't at first but after I installed a few in my system I found that the mounting plates are all the same so you don't have to rewire anything if you're trying to swap one out you just have to pop the alarm out!

S.E.R. Safety I like the commander 3’s too.

I guess I am a Gentex guy... I love the look, and sound of the Commander series. I notice they have one of the most pleasant (if that's the right word to use) alarm noises on the market today. They also look really user friendly as well.

I have yet to see these alarms with the "Alert" and "Agent" bezels installed.

I Just Got One Made in 2009, Sadly I Accidentally Broke the Small thing Off on the Side of the Candela thing. Is that a Problem?

The pull station and the alarm are they same ones in my old middle school

I see the pull station and alarm combo a lot with the white ones we have the red ones at my school

My school has these exclusively in the newer parts of the building, so the sound is pretty nostalgic for me. My elementary school also had these exclusively in every part of the building.
