Encapsulated means coating active ingredients in a protective layer which helps in slow release of the ingredient into the skin that is why it helps in minimizing the potential irritation that occurs using retinol based products.

Encapsulated retinol is a technology where retinol is surrounded by a protective barrier that allows it to penetrate deeper into the skin layer before being activated. It can be thought of as a time-release technology because it prolongs the time between the product hitting your skin and when it starts working.

Cosmetics and beauty industry is worth a billion these days, and thus new cutting getting launched frequently. These products contain biologically active ingredients that only work at optimum conditions. Now this optimum condition could be a certain pH, temp or humidity. To provide these optimum conditions, scientists and formulators came up with Encapsulation, which as the word suggest gives the active ingredient a shield(that could be a coating or a literal capsule) so that the product is protected and the consumer gets maximum benefits.

Encapsulation refers to a technology where active ingredients are enclosed in tiny capsules, often made of lipids or polymers. These capsules protect the ingredients from degradation and enhance their stability. When applied to the skin, these capsules can release the active ingredients gradually, improving their effectiveness and targeting specific skincare concerns more efficiently. This technology allows for better penetration into the skin and can provide longer-lasting benefits compared to traditional formulations.

Also due to slow release the product is less irritating.

The ingredients concentrations is super mild for someone in mid 30s. All Dr V products are too mild to work on skin which is not hyper-sensitive.

Thanks for this video mam, i want to know about these products. After your review, then i decide purchase or not. ❤❤❤ I am 40+ mam , so i am not used these products, i am not beginners too😅 Today's ans - Encapsulated means encasing active ingredients with in a protective shell , sheilding them from environmentental factors like air, light, and chemical interactions. This preseves their stability and potency. ❤❤❤from Andhra Pradesh mam

This my review after continuously using it for 45 days👇: Age:26 SkinType: Little dry +Sensitive +Active Acne FACEWASH: It's very good facewash i love😘 it. Its very gently ,not stripping & form good lather. TONER: This one has high amount of glycerin. I personally don't feel nice when apply glycerin as it make me feel hot and kind of chip-chip & also it little bit sting of my face which settle down after absorbing . RETINOL SERUM: Its a good creamy serum. It work nicely on my face and its also my first time using a retinol serum. EXFOLIATOR: Its a very good exfoliating serum even for my sensitive skin. Its a washoff product.I love 😘 this one. I had tried Minimalist 2% Salicylic serum many times before but that damaged my skin barrier every single time😬.So i trashed it . MOISTURIZER: Its texture is good not gel not cream . Perfect for daytime. It make me sweat a lot & it's not enough for protecting my barrier with actives.

The two are totally different, Dr sheth has 3 varieties and they are strong. This is super mild so it depends where you are in your skincare journey
