Yes, the DCT can be problematic. However, there are some ways to keep its longevity.

Assalamu Alaikum I have this car I zero meter imported from Japan all new dabba pack car in 2015 now when I drive 6 years 20 thousand km this car has a fault gear heatup when car stuck in traffic and it is hybrid car it's one battery price is 130000 and there are 4 battery when I sell my car in 6 years 20000 km it become gear heatup and when I buy in 2015 z package I bought in 35 lacs then I sell tum mujhe 500000 ka nuksan ho gaya so plz don't buy 14 15 16 model then I buy civic x 2021 overall vezel is very nice car but so many problems thank you
