Review - Fox Halo 96k power bank

Disclaimer.
This review is from my own wording and has not been influenced by anyone. This is not a paid review and I solely brought the product myself for personal use and this review is based on my own use and experience using this product.
When we discuss Astro Photography, we always think about cameras, Mounts, scopes, and filters. But power rarely comes up, more importantly, many people overlook this because they run their setups from home, mitigating the need for a power bank to run the mount and computer/ ASI Air etc.
The power bank becomes more of a necessity than an option for people who have to travel out for AP or like to travel away occasionally.
There are multiple forms of power banks which can be used, custom power banks which people construct themselves, small 10k power banks right through to 4000Wh (watt-hours - This is a measure of how much energy a power bank can store and relative to the amount of Lithium in the battery)
This review is not based on these monsters, but on a small compact power bank which will be able to power your equipment all night and have some juice to spare. This is the review for the Fox Halo 48k/96k power bank.

Thanks for the review. I bought a barley used 96k for 150€. Grat that i saw your video where you mentioned that it doesn’t like really cold weather. Sometimes on my location it has-10 degrees Celsius. Good advice with the scarf or backpack. I‘m thinking to even use a not used heating stripe with usb and separate powerbank to support it a bit in the extreme cold. Thanks again and have a relaxing Christmas time! Greetings from Austria! I've never used a heating strip on mine (Never tried it but will look into it to see what the results are). Generally a Snood (and for me) and a Shemagh, you can use a thick scarf instead. This will generally stop the weather from getting to it. You don't want the dew/ condensation getting to it which then freezes. The main thing is you don't want to charge it when it is at this temp - make sure it is at a decent temp before charging :) Thanks for the comment - enjoy Christmas!
