Great review. I actually just got this stroller second hand specifically for speed walking and jogging. I originally purchased the yo-yo stroller and after almost tripping over while attempting to jog I realized that $500 umbrella stroller is def not made to go jogging.

Oh my gosh! I’m glad you’re safe. Yes we used this one for years and I was very happy with it (and secondhand is the way to go!).

I appreciate that you were willing to do a review and you’re very positive during the video, but I couldn’t watch the whole thing because of the wind!

Hi! It was fine - honestly the big issue was I had a big vehicle and I’m short. 🤣 I like to lay it down on its wheels so I can roll it out, if that makes sense.

Is it true that the front wheel wobbles when strolling (not running)?

Hi! I haven’t owned it for a while but if you have the wheel lock on it’s not an issue. You have to get used to it when running so you can turn quickly.

That’s great! And yes the legs can hang down into open space so plenty of room.

Oh no I’m sorry! Use the red hooks on the two sides and pull them both up at the same time once the kid is out of the stroller. Overall I loved this thing but I forget sometimes too!

Considering getting one of these to use as an upright walker for myself. I have genetic hypermobility which causes hip and knee weakness/instability and I was considering purchasing an upright walker to "guide" my posture into an upright position. Disclaimer: I have not purchased any model of upright mobility walker therefore my comments are not based on any personal experience with usage of the product. These are just some of the things i've observed based on actual owner's videos, testimonials, as well as the manufacturer's description of their product - and considered how these might affect my use of the product. So, this is what I found: (* do not apply to my particular needs) * - too wide to fit through standard door frames - limited storage accessories (just a flimsy nylon bag with velcro straps, and a molded cup to place your *cane in with a velcro strap to brace it against the pole) - not all models come with a cup holder - base is too narrow (tips over easily when in contact with rough terrain or cracks in sidewalk) - smooth wheel surface provides no traction (there are models with pneumatic wheels, which are wider and have more traction to provide a better/easier user experience, but are also almost double the price!) - small, smooth wheels (8-10 inches) unable to navigate grassy terrain or cracks in sidewalk w/out tipping forward or needing the user to lean on the unit to provide traction - inability to replace wheels on most models - limited to climates without a winter season - lightweight aluminum frame bows easily under minimal pressure (observed this in one tutorial video) - individual handles are too large in circumference for small hands, spaced too far apart (21 inches, I believe) for users with narrow shoulders, and are attached to lightweight aluminum poles which bow outward/inward under pressure (observed this bowing effect in a video tutorial) - molded armests have been reported to crack * - narrow seat width which may not accommodate users with wider hips/thighs (observed in a user's video and read this in one user's online review) * - mesh, nylon seat which slides onto two poles near the base of the walker may be too low for tall users, and weight capacity is questionable for heavier users ( says up to 300lbs, but it's made of nylon mesh and is dependent upon its stability from the lightweight aluminum frame, so...) also read this in a review posted online. - seat juts out, causing user to lean forward to avoid brushing their knees against the edge of the seat while walking, hence defeating the purpose of "upright" walking (observed this in almost every tutorial video posted by the manufacturer, as well as customers' personal videos) - (for those who do not own a vehicle) impractical to use when getting groceries because there is no storage, and user is unable to operate walker while carrying groceries in their hands (obvious, I know, but if I could walk upright w/out support then this wouldn't be an issue. Right?) - too pricey for what you get (400-1,500$ CND) - limited availability to purchase in used condition, within my area (I do not own a car) - non refundable So, I began thinking of possible alternatives, and the baby jogger came to mind. For many reasons I think it is superior to the upright mobility aid walker (at least for my needs, it is) - wider base for better stability - larger wheels make it easier to mount curbs, better traction, smoother glide, able to navigate all terrain and winter weather - compact storage - more storage options ( the baby's seat and sling/basket in the bottom can carry my groceries, backpack, books - or whatever else - and the top storage can hold my keys, phone, glasses, etc. And I can even use the second cup holder as alternative/additional storage) - double cup holder - sturdy, molded rubber, wrap-around handle (easier to grip with my small hands) in a single molded design for better stability and varied hand width placement - ample space between handle and carriage unit to accommodate my long walking stride (no seat jutting out, therefore eliminates the need to lean forward to accommodate my stride) - weight of stroller (empty) is 25lbs, somewhat equivalent to the upright mobility walker at 22lbs - price is considerably less than the all-terrain wheel upright mobility walker: all-terrain jogger stroller at 200$ - 1,300$CND all-terrain upright mobility walker w/pneumatic tires at 600$ - 1,500CND$ (with all the same above-mentioned issues, except for the improved wheels, regardless of price) - greater availability to purchase in used condition w/in radius of where I live (it's a commonly used item, unlike the medical mobility aid) - greater availability to purchase w/in Canada (eliminating the need to order from USA and incur import duties, customs, and/or VAT fees; no need to order online from medical suppliers) - price is in Canadian funds - better quality control/stability (I would think, anyway, considering they're used to carry precious cargo 😊) - upgrades in design (improved models appear yearly) - more accessories (compartment to hold keys, wallet, reading glasses; sling attachment for bag) Personally, I'd feel subconscious/sensitive about using a mobility walker in public (its medical apparatus design is not discreet), but that's just me. As with a jogger stroller...well, I've seen women using them as make-shift grocery carts, and as animal transportation, so...😉

I didn’t mind the angle of it when we used it like this but I see what you mean! As long as I can easily see their face (and they can be shaded) I didn’t have any problems. 👍🏼

Hi! There’s a cinching belt that you can use to tighten it. However it won’t sit completely upright.

It’s black and one of those little plastic pieces you use to cinch a sleeping bag or a tent closed. And it’s pretty low.

Hi, do the back wheels come off? For better storage? I have an suv and I would like one that could fit on the back with out having to fold down a seat. Thank you.

Hi! Yes I believe the wheels can pop off. I’d check on the manufacturer website ( I have it linked in my review article on RealSimpleMama.com) to confirm dimensions. I’d hope that you could just fold it up and it would fit that way!
