I think the step one you're referring to is "method 1" which uses custom recovery. You need the recovery version of the stock rom you're going to flash and the "Lazy Flasher" zip. The fastboot version wont work with this method. If you restored your phone using this method. you don't have to flash with fastboot afterwards. The method 2 uses PC and I just noticed that the PC needs internet connection during flashing otherwise the device you're flashing won't boot. *Edit: Fastboot also needs the fastboot version of the ROM you're going to flash.*

I need help bruh, I installed MIUI using fastboot file and MiFlash tool. Result came as success, but my phone starts, shows the POWERED BY ANDROID screen, switches off, and this loops over and over again. Am i messing up something? Btw, am currently running Pixel Experience
