Thank you for being the voice. Keep going and others please keep spreading the word. There are too many people asleep out there and are going through the motions. It's time for all of us to stand up and speak up!

I first heard Rev Barber speak in Selma Alabama, he inspires, he lifts, he points out we are a people with a moral compass. He points out these while Ed Reformers have money and political pull have no moral compass. Rev Barber reminds us that moral compass is far more powerful than immoral policies pushed by evil.

That was the most patriotic speech I've heard in a long, long time. When we all get together, the Libertarian, Koch-based, Ayn Rand, John Birchers, Austerity bunch of goons will flee back to their holes from which they came.

Wow! I attempted to ask which unions IN ADDITION TO TEACHERS' UNIONS has AFT MADE COMMON CAUSE WITH IN THE CURRENT PANDEMIC? The question never saw the light of day during the town hall call with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Instead, as promised, I did get a phone call from a polite and slightly flustered AFT staffer who basically tried to make finding common cause a homework assignment for second-year- SPED TEACHER and a first-year intern with no seniority. I pay monthly union dues and show up at union meetings with my colleagues. Rev. Barber didn't ask my question. HE TOLD THEM TO FIND COMMON CAUSE BEYOND AFT! AFT did not follow clear directions, now AFT may never unify across "silos"... and whatever we do may be too little, too late. IS 🇺🇸 the new ☠️⭐. " BUT WHEN WE ALL GET TOGETHER"...
