    Audrey Hepburn was one of the first A list stars to travel the world as a philanthropist. She focused on children because she herself had starved in Amsterdam in WW2, as a child. Audrey had retired from acting and paid for her own flights and flew economy. She was pure class. In fact Princess Diana was accused of copying her. What a contrast to M's gameplan.

    I met AH once at a charity book signing in Beverly Hills for the RFK Medical Centre back in the 80s when I was a bookish Brit new to LA. Graciousness personified. Not once did she talk about herself, and when someone complimented her on her acting and film career she said something like ‘Oh, thank you, but you know, there were so many lovely people making me look so very good.’ Class doesn’t touch it. Call her the anti-Meghan. And I always did think Diana modelled herself on AH.

    I don't think the clothing changes in Africa had anything to do w fashion. If all of the pics show her wearing only 1 or 2 outfits, we'd know her trip was brief. If she goes to Africa on a 2 day trip and is photographed wearing 10 different outfits, casual viewers will assume the pics were taken on different days =MM gets credit for 10 days worth of humanitarian work when she only did 2. I think she did this so that when H Googled her, it would look like she spent a lot more time in Africa than she actually did. How evil.

    After watching all of these, she appears to be the absolute perfect example of a living, talking, walking, psychopath. She has no real personality/ copies others to appear 'normal' and affect caring behavior, knows that there is right/ wrong but does not believe they apply to her, the extreme using of people with no empathy or guilt, type A personality/ drive/ perfection, the slipping of her masks only when she feels she is in absolute control, the bragging of how accomplished and superior she is, the unquenchable drive for absolute power, the cold dead shark eyes! So much more! We haven't even reached the part of the book on how she treats Harry and that whole situation, which everyone claims is narcissistic [a trait characteristic of a psychopath, right?] and toxic. To me narcissistic and toxicity are lesser forms of the true psychopath behavior. I would love to see someone compare or speculate that [psychopath] instead of just the trendy narcissistic/ toxic "labels" so casually thrown around on social media these days. Great job reviewing this book. I just found your channel. I have seen other reviews of this but yours is far superior! Thank you!

    I would say she's a narcissistic sociopath. The difference between a "psychopath" and a "sociopath" is that psychopaths are extremely intelligent. I hate the way she has treated Thomas, it’s inexcusable. Unfortunately I think her behavior is learned. If you watch interviews with Thomas he’s a bit of a narcissist himself. Instead of giving her everything she asked for he should have been setting boundaries and maybe making her get a job as a teenager rather than catering to her every need. She was brought up to think she was the most important person in the room and it has ruined her. Like Harry, her family covered for her, made excuses for her and allowed her to get away with anything and everything. By the time they were calling her out on her lies and behavior, it was too late.

    Rietmans is definitely not designer clothes but it's very popular in Canada ... it's practically in every mall/shopping centre. The clothes are affordable, decent quality every day sort of wear. So perhaps the royalties would have helped make it more interetsing for her. Anyway, funny thing is I never saw those ads. I had no idea that she worked with them until now LOL.

    Because she is so used to getting what she demands during her childhood and teenage years, she carries on the same mindset and attitude in adulthood hence she has no inhibition demanding luxury while completely disregarding the humble setup of others(small scale movie & Rwanda) that she is stepping into. She thinks she is entitled to it, zero empathy for others at all. Her bubble is still not burst by anyone.

Just WOW! I suspect that when you embarked upon this little KZread project you had no idea of the MONSTER you would create, the avid following you would garner through your fabulous interpretation, insight & humour! THANK YOU for continuing to do this for all of us! Even though I read REVENGE myself a few weeks ago I still wait with baited breath for each new episode of your interpretation to drop. I’m always so sad when you have to run-off from your shed to do your thing. Anyway, I know that so many of us try to show you our appreciation via the comments but it can’t be stated enough how great you are. Nope - supporting a child's inner world is a great way of teaching discovery, reflection & self worth. Megdusa is a Narcissist. That can only happen with 2 factors - a genetic predispostion AND a parent/parents who are emotionally disconnected during early bonding years. Separately these 2 factors do not necessarily create a Narcissist, but combined it results in a child who at the core is racked with shame, has no connection with self worth, and a total inability to love, feel remorse, guilt, compassion or joy. That is why she can lie as easily as breathe & sees people as only appliances to be used & abused at her whims ....while gaslighting the world she is so kind & clever.

    On a financial forum I follow, a recent conversation turned to approaches to parenting. I don't have kids and don't know people who do, but apparently it's a thing in some circles to never, ever use the word "No"? While No can be overused especially by little dictators masquerading as parents, to never, ever, ever say it? For children with a propensity to become narcissists,seems like a stupid idea to never say "no".

  • @jameydupuy9280

    @jameydupuy9280

    @@mymai5859 I believe strongly in supporting a child's inner world. I also, believe parents should teach children what to expect in reality versus fantasy. You can't teach a child that everything is hers to take no matter who suffers in her getting it. I do believe that in OVER spoiling [every child deserves some spoiling] creates a character trait of like Harry says [and her father] "what ever Megan wants, Megan gets". I'm pretty sure she heard that from her dad probably arguing to give her everything she wanted- like he said he did. I do believe children have to learn healthy boundaries and sometimes hearing they can't have something is essential to mental health and happiness. I've raised my 4 children that anything they want they can most likely get- but it comes with THEIR OWN HARD WORK- Not other people's hard work. I'm the last person to critique other people's parenting. My comment was mainly teasing but there was definitely a grain of truth in it.

    Lara makes me question how the money donated to World Vision and all charities that hire celebrities, is truly used wisely. If a celebrity truly is a humanitarian and wants to help a charity gain some publicity why would they want to be paid? Maybe their flights and accommodations, but not a luxury hotel. They are there to help show a need to people are barely serving. Staying at a luxury hotel while filming in a very poor village seems kind of tacky. I wouldn't do it. With all the work Gina has done to get Meg noticed and it not going anywhere, why didn't she just cut her loose? Especially when no one wanted to hire her at that meeting of 30 brands? That was a very telling situation, Gina! Meg is a lost cause because she has no true personality, talent or social skills. Her real life must be so empty. Money and fame, can't fill your soul if that's all you strive for. Meg, the destroyer of souls.

Your articulate delivery is EXCELLENT and made even more enjoyable with your truthful and witty commentary. I especially enjoyed your postscript to Revenge Review #8 focused on our Lord. Without trying to bash Meghan, I see her as someone who does not really know who she is. She appears to be constantly flailing about trying to find and fit into any niche that will provide her Fame and Fortune at any cost without ever acknowledging how hollow and arrogant she has become in doing so as well as how many people she has adversely affected starting with her own Father. Looking for!ward to whatever book you will presenting next!
