Great boat. I would make one suggestion which is to have a combing around the opening in yhe deck. Make it so the superstructure slips down over it, hiding it. That way if it ships any water during operation it won't run down into the hull and soak something it shouldn't.

Secondary benefit would be to block that light leak around the base of the house. That said, your skills are way ahead of mine when it comes to RC conversion.

Hello i know this was a few years ago however would you mind explaining where you got the motor and the stuff you used, i have been trying to get into this hobby of making Rc ships from models but i just haven’t managed to get all of the materials, it is also quite a big task to make these Rc ships if you can it would be awesome.
