Hey Bryan, Graco sells a product in an aerosol can that you can spray onto your equipment to prevent any paint from sticking to it. It's part of their Airlessco range. It sprays on, wipes off and leaves a very thin, almost unnoticeable film that prevents any paint from sticking to it. It's not oil or silicone based, non slimy and doesn't affect paint in any way. Makes cleanup a breeze and way faster. Even tip guards can be kept looking brand new.

I've been a long time Graco fan and am one of the first to say Graco wrote the book on spraying. That said, this style pump is really common among HVLP sprayers and does not atomize a mist any better than others on the market for far less.

Sorry but in this instance you are 100% wrong. The Quickshot is an airless (hydraulic atomisation) sprayer that atomises paint at up to 2000 psi. A HVLP turbine is a High Volume Low Pressure air atomising sprayer with a maximum of 10 psi air atomising pressure. The technologies could not be more different to each other. Also teh Quickshot is totally unique in the market, there is nothing else like it available from any other manufacturer.

You use a professional sprayer but use latex paint on cabinet and don't remove doors? 😅

Its what the customer provides and uses. and they want them done in a day. They dont like using oil based because they get complaints about fumes from other units. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Lots of people use latex paint. Especially on rental units which this is. So maybe pay attention next time and you’ll realize what’s right in front of you. A basic ass apartment

I have a quick shot and I dont recommend it... I do furniture painting and I have had nothing but issues with the nozzles it is a pain in the a$$! I use it daily and most days I REGRET buying it. I clean it well and store it well and everything but the nozzles gets great reviews. The nozzles are expensive it does come with a few but they clog easily and it will create issues with it spraying. I wish I could return this POS.

sorry to hear about that! Are you straining your paint before? what kind of paint are you spraying? A lot of different things could be causing it. I havent had too many issues. I have had to clean it and take it apart once because the guys didn't wash out completely after using but other then that havent had many issues. sorry to hear you are

You have to be either a contractor or someone with money to burn in order to justified the 1.400 dollars price tag, having other Graco models less expensive, more powerful with the same quality,we all know that homie is getting paid to promote the brand, is not just a home guy using it.
