The mind enjoys identifying with anything that lies outside of you.
It creates stories that are being perceived as reality. Often times we find ourselves chasing one horizon after the next believing this will finally complete and fulfil ourselves. The illusion lies in the belief that the "I" is somewhere else outside of us.
If we experience internal incompleteness it is because the mind is buying into a story in which we have placed our identity and which only will be complete once a certain circumstance or moment has occurred.
The state of being becomes conditioned.
Whereas the truth, the true self is wherever we are. It is already. It goes beyond any form and is unconditional. Beyond any thought, idea or story that we create.
When we seek for belonging the belongingness is already within us because our core self will always be. There, we belong. There, we experience home because it is something that won't ever leave. It comes with us no matter what.
It is about removing the layers of illusions which create the false sense of self.
Join me on an exploration of being with presence, love and stillness. Allowing the moment to simply be. Witnessing the beauty of isness.
