Aquanauts are hideous watches. You couldn’t give them away in steel for 9k before the Nautilus became silly expensive.

Disagree on the final point. Tourbillons on the Royal Oak is literally what makes them stand above the Nautilus in today's market. Being able to put those complications on their sports watch is why the Royal Oak is still the greatest sports model. Yes it started with the basic "jumbo" but without the evolution it would have still been 2nd fiddle to the Nautilus. If you own the Royal Oak Tourbillon it's a bigger "flex" than the Patek perpetual or travel time chronograph

@@nishankamin I own a nautilus and wish Patek does offer one with higher complication(not saying I can get one if they do but it would be cool). Patek is my favorite brand but not because of the nautilus. It's their grand complications (particularly the perpetual in line) that intrigues me. As far as sports watch goes AP is still the top dog imo.

5960 is amazing value.

Unfortunately, the state of the economy will determine if watches drop further. If the real estate market, interest rates and inflation continue to suffer, the Watch market will follow suit and drop further. I do agree that watch SUPPLY is working in the watch market’s favor, but DEMAND is not working in the watch market’s favor. The bear market will present serious economic challenges and DEMAND will remain low for luxury/high end watches over the next 2+ years.

All of these dealers are in cahoots. They are dropping like flies.

There is alot of value available to the the people who want a great watch from one of the best watchmakers that have ever existed. The Patek 52041r and the ref 3710 are my picks.
