Paused this video just to praise the simple yet enjoyable manner of the chef. I can understand very little hindi but somehow the meaning is getting into my head. "Thank you" is too a small word to express a pleasure I got from watching it. Hopeful to learn more of Indian cuisine with this guy. Big hug from Russia.

My grandma used to make these during Saraswati Puja and Lakshmi Puja at home... I have the fondest memory of her doing so... I didn't know what this was called... Today, this video brought back a lot of memories and made me nostalgic... Thanks Chef... ❤️ Stay blessed.. Always ..
