I am returning to the Sudetenland again, specifically to the Eagle Mountains!
In this episode, we will visit together the displaced village of Neratov, which has come back to life thanks to the immense diligence and work of good people. We will also visit the church of St. John of Nepomuck, which abounds in a unique atmosphere. At the end of the trip, we will take a look at Poland, where we will see the ruins of the castle. We will end the trip in Bartošovice.
Our journey begins in Neratov, where I will not forget to visit the pride of the village, the local church. The blue tourist trail will lead us from Neratov to the Vysoký Kořen signpost - published. From there, we will slowly descend on the yellow tourist trail to the valley of Divoká Orlice, where we will see the atmospheric church of St. John of Nepomuck in the settlement of Vrchní Orlice. Through the valley of Divoká Orlice, still on the yellow tourist trail, we will arrive in Bartošovice, where we will make a trip to Poland to visit the ruins of the castle.
The length of the route is about 9.5 km, we climb about 230 meters.
