Early mind shaping effort.

I first discovered Erich Von Daniken in the 1970s when they published excerpts of Chariots of the Gods in a newspaper, and that was it, I was hooked, he really opened my eyes to other possibilities than those we are taught about (or they want us to know) fantastic, mind blowing, everyone should study these alternative histories, we all have so much to learn, as they say, the mind is like a parachute, it works best when it is opened. Hey, I really agree with your comment. I love the Why We Are Here series, but also everything 5th kind. Lots of lifelong Christians might have a hard time with some of it, but the open-minded ones, like you and me, can embrace it - finally being able to make sense of so much of it that never did before. @@eddy291259 I believe that the Bible is true but I think that some things have been interpreted incorrectly. A few of the Biblical stories, that have been passed down for hundreds and thousands of years, were misunderstood/misinterpreted from the start. I personally believe that there is one God 🙏 and many "messengers" of God, including Jesus, Plato, and Paul Wallis, to name a few. I think we (including you and me) should all strive to be "messengers of God" through our thoughts, behavior, and deeds. LOVE, TRUTH, CARING, KINDNESS, GOODNESS.... ❤️

It's not a matter of admitting as they're not actively hiding anything in human history as you can clearly investigate and research any part of humanity since we kept written records....beyond that it's all heresay, hypothesis, and myth with almost no chance of absolute certainty....then it enters the realm of belief and opinion and not fact anymore as they believed in magic, deities, had no understanding of physics, space, or chemistry and so never knew what they saw or were really looking at, natural or un-natural included. We have no proof of other life in the universe, yet....but I believe there is other life out there just to vastly far away that they haven't visited Earth like we haven't visited where they are, life spans and time and distance spans just dont allow for this....yet

The only way to gain any real understanding of history is to study it very closley along with the mythology of the age and read between the line. @@ricardosmythe2548 Thats a weird way to say what I already was getting at, I have to say history is actually written by many victors and can be differently taught in many place too....without certainty even within written record because lets face it, humans lie, have always been able to lie so of course thats common sense. The funny difference between science and religion is one will work with and accept the other....but the other one is totally opposed to supporting the first.....If God showed up in all his omnipotence scientists would also celebrate and it would be the most important scientific discovery of mankind and they would be eager to study the bible and the deity. Now if science proved there was and never has been any diety or God of any Religions that existed it wouldn't be accepted by Religious faithful whatsoever. I perfer to be open to new evidence and discovery of the cosmos and other life....whereas a Religious person is usually locked in to that belief system that will accept things they "believe" as a "fact" and don't know the difference between the two words

I read Chariots of the Gods when I was 15 it blew my mind and recall how everyone I tried to share it with thought I was crazy.

The Ancient Alien Theory is a legitimate theory - so many unexplained structures & incidents that couldn't be explained by anything else but it. Von Daniken was ridiculed when he first came into prominence - mostly by scientists & 'experts' who feel threatened by what he had to offer. But instead of disappearing into obscurity, he only became stronger & gained even more supporters & followers who are able to see what he did when he first started. It's so great to see this thing grow & flourish, much to the dismay of mainstream academia & other funded intellectuals. Validation is coming Von Daniken's way.

Seeing UFOs in Hawaii is a normal thing.. Our Islands r visited frequently and we have plenty of experiences & stories to share. I've seen my share dozens of times. From disks flying over the water like frisbees at sunset to colorful orbs in the night sky, I remember being at a football game at night, and a huge orange light appeared above us that no one could ignore, everyone gazed towards the light in shock and amazement, they even announced it over the speakers, over a thousand people and we all seen it, it took off faster than we could blink and the game was back on 😂 there's so many stories I could tell.. i believe there are many different forms of UFOs & Other worldly beings.. some bad, some good.. probably walking amongst us, guarentee been coming here for a long time, since ancient times.. we probably have advanced ancestors up there who left earth in the past and come back to check on us frequently .. who knows .. there's definitely something beyond us going on.. I believe many of these beings have never left and have been living here before man was here ! Some of these invisible residents live in bases under our oceans sea floor ! Really appreciate the contribution of Erich in this field. One of the good things he has done is studied all the religions and their beliefs. I am a Filipino, I'm the one who sees the real one of the UFO. In the past year 2008 when im 17 years old, i can't remember what month or exact date but, i remember what i saw in the sky at night, it was on 2:00 AM. i am heading home walking on the road. the object i saw is, it is a big circle object and full of light around it, and the middle of object there's a light and pointing me the light, i am scared and sat down in the ground. the object was no sounds or any noise to hear, and after that the object flying away goin south, and disappeared like blink of an eye. that's why untill now, I'm curious about ancient aliens etc. because i see it in personal, sorry guys coz I'm not expert in english.. thank you for who's believe on me, and to the non believer thank you also.

The only thing they said when I acquired as to if they witnessed the sunset and lights in the sky was “We didn’t see anything “. There was a flash of light, which I thought to be my camera, and then they were gone... my friend and I were so confused it took at least two minutes before we realized they never walked away. Just gone...

Met Erich Von Daniken 30 years+ ago. Very astute, acute mind. Thorough resesrcher. He and David Icke launched my sincere pursuit of the anomalies....one of the greatest gifts I've ever been given, the desire for truth damn the consequences.

If it’s the truth you seek you need look only within yourself for the only truth is a statement without lies. Or no statement whatsoever in which case seeking the truth would be a waste and viewed as frivolous and self aggrandizing unless it was done with a great deal of humility. Then the scenario would become such an enigma that madness would consume the galaxy resulting in a galactic war lasting eons with no concise victor. The additional interview at the end with Erich was very interesting to hear about his life. A very clever man indeed.

He believes that Elohim isnt God, since Elohim uses transportation to move around, and the God he believes in is in no need of that. So anyone saying otherwise clearly doesn't know anything of his work and shouldn't spread rumors. And if you or anyone else believing in God denies the fact that he has stated this, is outright lying and we all know what Christianity is saying about lying right.

I read Mr. Von Daniken's book on the return of the gods and found it very interesting. Ditto with this video. I believe that the history of humanity will turn out to be much more interesting and mind-blowing than we can imagine.

Easily one of the best docs on utube 💯

i love that Erich read into the religious teaching he was being spoonfed and asked the questions i have so often asked myself. It’s comforting to know their are other free thinkers out there who don’t just accept what they’re told as gosphel. They challenge things don’t make sense and question things that aren’t right. But Erich was able to take one step further than most, in that he also studied so many other archeological discoveries and made the connection. For me it’s always just been this sense of like “yeah, ok. BS” when hearing these biblical stories of magic and miracle. But also like Erich said, my idea of God was perfection. He didn’t make mistakes and he was all knowing all loving all forgiving. So the punishment aspect the whole whole burning in hell for eternity and just countless other examples of god wrath and of god making mistakes or waiting to see what happens. No, god is perfection. So none of that should ever have happened. I’ve searched for the “well then what?” for a long time. And then i found Erich, and others like him, talk about the Anunnaki and ancient aliens. I’ve read about them just about everything i could get my hands on. And it made sense. Much more so than anything else i’d ever been told or taught to believe as truth. I don’t know how a lot of you feel about the late psychic Sylvia Browne, but she always had this philosophy that you not take everything she said as absolute truth. Take what resonates with you and leave the rest behind. And i really liked that and felt that. Because we each need to search for our truths. If something doesn’t sit right with you, don’t swallow it just because it’s all there is. Keep searching until you find the perfect fit. i believe our souls hold all the knowledge and we can only access small amounts of it in these constricting bodies we have. But when we are faced with a bit of evidence or proof, our sounds recognize this and something within rings the bell. So we each have the capability to find the truth. We just need to keep asking the questions, searching for the answers, and trusting our guys when we “feel” something is right. Or not right as often is the case. Especially with organized religions. Challenge those things. Don’t just eat it up when it doesn’t feel quite right. ❤

His books became available to me in rural Arkansas through the DoubleDay book club. It was not long after that I had what I can only describe as mystical events happen, and the books were incredibly helpful. They gave me a structure for the contact events. I am so grateful for this teacher and for other students of these truths.

These are great. I look forward to new documentaries. I used to be a Hare Krisahna and I remember a painting of Rama, who is sleeping. and I was told that when he breathes in a universe is destroyed and when he breathes out a universe is created. This is why the last word on the fate of the universe has not been uttered. I think that universes have been destroyed and created several times. I also believe that multiverses exist. If we ever figure out half of what is going on, it will prove to be utterly mind-blowing.

Love reading/listening to Daniken. Hes incredibly smart and thinks for himself using common sense and real history, putting the pieces together.

When I was about ten years old I was in a car with my mother and older brother and older sister, we were driving in rural North Carolina and my mother noticed an odd walnut shaped window less craft hovering silently above a field about 600 yards from the road my mother pulled over and we all got out of the car and stood there looking at this object, it had no sound no visible exhaust of any kind and after maybe two or three minutes the object took off at a speed that is impossible for anything on earth to travel at and disappeared into a completely clear sky.

When he talks about changing the spirit of time (Zeitgeist in German) I get very emotional and I can see his emotions as well. Thank you, Mr. Von Däniken. Meditate and you'll get that knowledge. ''They'' are telepathic. Thats the lingua franca of the stars. They don't use computers to translate to one another. They simply send telepathic images and feelings, and thoughts. Bet on that. Mathmatics is just an advanced language for lesser developed species. Technological advance isn't sufficient. Great documentary !!! 👍🏼👍🏼 A lot of Gods where mentioned , and I do not want to sound like a typical christian but the one God I can account for is Jesus . When I was younger a group of local church members where praying for me , and a couple of minutes down the prayer I saw things out of this world which until now I can not even explain to myself but hold the imagies right in my head . I tried opening my eyes because I was so scared but couldn't , my eyes where so shut as if they where superclued. I am not saying I am holy , or go to church every Sunday but the day I was prayed for the name they used consistently was Jesus and that's the God that exist as far as I'm concerned . Not everyone gets to see what I saw that day and I do not know why I was chosen but when I die at list God has given me the opportunity to see his grace in my lifetime to know of his existence .

I can remember being young early 90 s going camping looking for shooting stars when you see them esp as a kid you know when it's not a star . But haven't seen them in years . I think as we have grown use to this reality we lose sight of them . Our perceptions of reality change due to what we learn growing up wich isn't natural to us but we have created our own false reality

In Indian Mythology it is written that Garuda was "Vahana (Vehicle / Carrier)" of Lord Vishnu & Shiva. "Vahana" is a Sanskrit word , of which exact translation is "Vehicle". I'm not sure why in ancient text it is termed as "Vahana" instead of simply calling it as bird (As ancient people thought). Because if its a vahana , i.e, vehicle then there is definitely something more to this story.

Eric Von Danigan is the man! What a fantastic author and investigator of mans ancient past! Bravo Sir, you are an amazingly passionate man! 👏 Chariots of the Gods is an incredible read. It's what first sparked up my interests into such things as aliens and UFO'S.

@@EastwardTraveller Have you looked at the state our public education system is in lately? A child would be very lucky if they are homeschooled these days or the next best thing is private schools. In 2000 my niece came here from Russia and went into 10th grade. She said they learned all of this in the 5th and 6th grade. Now a teacher can't even discipline a student in any way or risk losing their jobs. The West is falling and it's a damn shame.

I come here for 7 hours a day, only to learn 45 minutes of information from people who couldn't cut it through engineering or the sciences... I have begun to suspect about a lot of things when it comes to Religion... One being that God is not exactly as Religions tell us. That very expensive telescope Catholics call “Lucifer”... plus the what they have in the grounds of the Vatican in the shape of a snake’s head and the inside is truly scary and you cannot find a cross in it... I still believe there is a powerful group of beings out there who care about us. They created us at their own image with good and evil - it’s what we are. The evil in us to be used when attacked only. As for our Lady of Fátima, Lourdes and other places. She’s only meant to be one same being. Then, the so called “ fallen angels” are the evil behind those who we vote for - now discovered not to really have much say about their ruling. They’re now called “puppets”. If Trump starts going to wars to destroy other countries, he too will become another puppet but I doubt he will. “None of us is without sin” - a phrase we all hate , but are quick to point the finger at others. I’ll remain with Catholicism... not the Roman kind though. I am now on a mission to find out who listened to my prayer in the early hours of the morning that blessed day!? Help arrived in an instant, a true Epiphany that changed my life. And who was that Presence I felt when I was a child? “Dr Rudy Lloyd’s and the NDEs” also mentioned the Presence, he and the others trying save a patient but were unable and that Presence did it all. I need to know.
