In this scene he is 213 cm tall,same in pickle arc then he began his surgeries again in samurai arc, he got up to 243 cm in sumo arc and currently in new baki rahen chapter he is 271cm tall ( btw hes height before all surgeries he was like 193 cm tall)

@@Daniel_AL in Jack's case, he trained too much and didn't give his body a rest. I used to train like that, 4 hours in thr gym with like 5 minutes of rest between each set of training. It wrecked me

wouldn't really say laughable tbf. man has the respect of almost every fighter in the verse. every L he took still made his opponents sweat. like i get you with him being a hanma and should actually win almost every fight but if we look to who he lost not really that many embarassing ones. pickle is a monster and jack lost cause at the time he was mostly brute strength with little technique in his style. so doing that against pickle is not good for anybody. and motobe is basically a god with preptime and weapons and still jack was an extreme fight for him.

@@Scorpiongod934 ehhhh he was a pit fighter, he can fight but martial training isn’t really his thing, he does kind of rely on his more animalistic side, that’s why he loved fighting pickle, he’s made his own techniques I’ll give you that, but I don’t think they had martial background

@@Scorpiongod934 technique isn't the same as style. Look at the entire fight. Jack wanted to outmuscle and outbite him. He played pickle at his own game and lost. The only technique he did was throw pickle into the stands when he rushed him with the retsu move. But jack is all in all more brute force or better say was seeing current manga. He has smarts and technique if he wants to but usually he doesn't use them (against goki was a good example of smart jack in the max tournament arc). But after this arc every fight of his was tank till he got an oppertunity to reply.

@@RYCKroll martial arts was the wrong word, but style-less is incorrect. Jack has a fighting style even if is just brawling, and he’s very experienced and technical. He knows how to fight so I don’t think saying he just brute forces everything is correct. Because we see pickle, an actual brute, and jack is not like that when he fights anyone else. Pretty much uses regular fighting techniques. Oliva and Hanayama are bigger brutes than jack frfr. But really I was thinking more of them^ saying “just brute strength at the time” as if he developed something afterwards and changed significantly into a martial artist. He is a *trained fighter* so i just don’t think style-less is the exact way to go, esp bc baki tried to fight pickle on his level too using brute force, but still was highly stylized. So I feel he’s the going to the be same and deserves a top 10 spot in the series, but not above 5. In universe and for show logic and for fun, I think Baki, Yujiro, Pickle, Musashi, and Oliva should be stronger just bc of the world building- and even Retsu and Doppo.

It’s a shame we never got Oliver vs Jack. Something we still need, hopefully in jack’s story arc
