Hi Doctors..I started losing hair one year ago. Seeing good numbers infact. I have most of my hair still. However a very small coin size mark on crown started appearing abt 6 months ago and us the same as of now. I'm highly worried abt it. Honestly have not undergone any checkup. During these times eventhough I have dandruff issue it has got worsned and I have shampo every one's in 2 days. Flaky and dusty dandruff type with high irritation. Now I got fixed with the drandruff (recently) but no control over hairloss. Feel like hair it has lost its strength and some silver hairs are also started coming up. Hoping to get some answers from this amazing program. Also I used minoxidil only at crown but no results infact. Doctor I wanted to know because of any such high dandruff issues, will hair loss become severe. No history of balding interms of genetics in my family as well.

Hello, Dr. Thank you for the great content. Almost 37 years old over here. I Started to lose hair aggressively about a year ago. I've been taking Finasteride for 10 weeks now. 1mg three times a week. From around a week ago, I've been experiencing Frequent Urination. Also having days of feeling very sad/down for not apparent reason. Nothing of this happened to me before Finasteride. I know it's not a mental thing because I started the process positively and I know side effects can be handled and they aren't permanent so, never been scared/worried about any of it. I was thinking about lowering the dose but not sure if I should just continue and hope for side effects to go away. What would you suggest in that case? Was thinking of taking either 0.625mg three times a week or 1mg twice a week and see what it happens. What is the dose you recommend after experiencing side effects with 1m/3xWeek? One that could reduce the side effects but also do a decent job preventing hair loss. Thank you in advance.
