They did a great job with making everything on the t.v. show look real that you saw done and it's hard to know the difference between the two

Wow, in this interview (end of the video here) why *didn't* they make Dozier do his enthusiastic, booming "Narrator Voice" right here on the spot, to give us a taste of how he looks when doing it? What a missed opp. Holy Screwups! LOL

"Batman" (1966) was such a huge television phenomenon. It was so hugely successful in its first season (which only ran from Jan-May) that a second season was guaranteed. But then, by the end of the 2nd season, the ratings were really struggling. The introduction of Batgirl in the 3rd season was not enough to save it. And that was the end... I'm a huge fan of the show. Wish it had gone on longer, especially if they introduced more villains from the original comic book series. Must have been a great ride for all involved at the time.

I'm late on this,but it explains the guest role Leslie Gore had on the show singing "Maybe Now."

Bat comment on my bat keyboard... Why do we need backscatter scanners at airports, and red-light cameras, when we could just have a bat crime-computer!? His did the United States and Canada!

So did I. From the least known; (Barbara McNair;one episode), to Eartha Kitt. (What a last name for a Catwoman!!) She was very good. And finally, the two very good Catwomen known as Julie Newmar, & Lee Meriwether. But back to Bill Dozier, all these years I've watched Batman, I NEVER would have guessed at all that he was the suspenseful voice that made my blood & curiosity go sky-high about what's to happen next!!

The juicy fruit commercial is idiotic. Who approved such idiocy.
