Retro Vending Machines Park in Japan

I shot a video at a vending machine theme park. Which vending machine would you like to try?

I'm pouting. Why do your cups of soup have whole shrimps. Here in the states, I'm lucky to get a couple of pieces of half a shrimp. Awww so cute. I had one of those jumping frogs. It was fun to play with. And you finally had trouble with a machine. Glad someone was there to help you. Of everything, I'd like to try the curry and the ice creme bar with the 3 flavours. Thanks for sharing!

Small shrimp in cup ramen? I used to play with this frog toy a lot when I was little. I would appreciate your comments. thank you as always. If you ever come to Japan, be sure to try out the vending machines.

This place is an amazing working museum. I really love the lone American 7-up machine with the original instructions. This place is a total labor of love, and I'm curious if the machines are part of a bunch of different people's routes (each being responsible for restocking their own machines) or if it's all one enthusiasts job. All that said, the state of the yen has me both wanting to visit AND worried about the future of Japan. A healthy yen should equal one US penny or maybe a little more. We're drifting closer and closer to two yen being buyable for one cent. Japan imports so many raw materials, I worry that a weak yen will starve the economy. I also lived in a house where one of the housemates owned a soda vending machine like the second Coca-Cola machine that only had Fanta Grape. You could, with some effort, convert them to dispense cans. We used our machine as a drinks refrigerator and stores a basket to keep dimes in on top of the machine. It was just a nice thing to have.

1:46 - That 7Up machine is from the 1960s. The proof is the old 10c price on it.
