The Bible says a fool says in his heart there is no God.. Don't be proud you are alive, it's a privilege and His grace that you are alive.. @@billyjacksr.armenta724 I grew up I Christian family too raised hearing word of God singing songs knew "about" God what my parents told me... but that would not do. I needed to know God personally... My parents and family wanted me to get close to God but that did not bring me close at all it always felt like a pressure. I would get tired in the family prayer and staff even though deep down I always loved God but was so occupied with so many little things that I didn't have time. Plus praying a lot always felt like job of religious person and I did not count my self to be that. but my mom always prayed for us and I started hearing about Holyspirit in different occasions I started wondering if he was interested in leading me in my life personally too as I read the book "good morning holy spirit" God created a hunger in me. Not some ideology or doctrine or religion or rule I have to follow but a real person who would love to reveal himself to me.. and God not distant and millions miles away rather he proved to me that he was there 24/7! If I have him and he came for me then I would love to chat with him and not ignore as if he was not there. So that-that made me drop every thing and made me wanna be with him. So Billy no amount of human convincing can win your son to come close to Christ I am witness. but pray for him that he may encounter the person of the Holy spirit and he will change his heart make him fall in love with Jesus 4 ever. I always believed in God, and I raised him to believe in God also, but somewhere I must have failed. My heart is broken, IDK, but it’s devastating to me. My husband and I read our Bible together everyday. It was hard when we first started but it has been a blessing. It's a discipline. It takes us about 30 to 45 minutes a day. We read a chapter in the old testament then a chapter in the new Testament then a chapter in the Psalms and then lastly a chapter in Proverbs. If you read a chapter in Proverbs everyday, there are 31 chapters so you'll have one chapter for everyday of the month. And if there's only 30 days in a month then you read the last one too.

me and my wife been trying to read the Bible everyday as well. we get up early and read two chapters or three. we are trying to go threw the whole Bible. and when we are done reading it.. we will start all over, from genesis to revelations and then......REPEAT!

Flee from temptation and the devil will flee from you. We must gird our heart, mind and soul at all cost; put on your full armor. Prayer changes everything. Brothers and sisters do not weary, or slumber but be encouraged in the Lord. God is a forgiving and a merciful God. Repent, ask for forgiveness with a sincere heart. Lets move forward. We need to be careful how we use our tonuge to others. It can cause damage and destruction to yourself, children, spouse, family, friends, and our brothers and sisters in Christ. At this time we need to be spreading love, encouragement, uplifting one another. Let us be a blessing to others who is in need. We don't know the time or hour. We must live with a humble heart. You don't want to be angry, unforgiving, tempted, falling into sin, if Jesus was to come today, or tomorrow. Lets be who God called us to be. Lets live right for Jesus. Could you please please pray for me I have been a Christian for years and I have backslid for years I tried to stay in church but I kept sining I didn't want to I am totally remorseful repented God knows in my heart I meant it about two weeks ago I have been crying for two weeks I am so distressed I think he forsaken me and I can't feel his love and I keep praying I keep trying to bind Satan in the name of Jesus my prayers get confused I just keep saying I'm sorry for sining I say Psalms 23 the Lord is my shepherd I say the Heavenly Father prayer i keep begging for his Mercy is Mercy his mercy and forgiveness oh God please help me please help me I want to serve if I want to worship him I want to honor him it in my heart but there's something blocking me please pray for me please thank you God help me God help me God help me

This is good from my church sis told me that the enemy is going to defeat me and I was going through a season of fear when I just received the holy ghost I don't know how to love him and I was learning and as she said that it just stuck in my head even until today I'm trying to learn and understand how to let go and be more godly I have a humble attitude because I don't like being angry but I'm too proud and fearful everytime I cry there is just something in me want to let loose but I keep remembering what she said instead of what go say. And everytime I'm praying I fall asleep I was praying the other night and fall asleep and when I wake I just start shaking I'm changing but in the wrong way I'm not angry or go to party but I'm lusting to do the wrong things I wake every morning with godly songs but throughout the day I lose focus
