It’s nice to see retirees in Trinidad . Not sitting home doing nothing. But exploring and liming! In North America. Some play golf and other form of entertainment. It’s good to remain active. Ladies play tennis , scrabble and other card games. Looking forward to seeing more adventures!

I just returned from a 20 day visit where I spontaneously drove throughout our beautiful country. Thank you for evoking the beauty that the Creator has provided and the history that generations have left behind. May we never allow the negative elements to cause to shrink in fear of enjoying Jehovah's creation. Thank you

This is truly an outstanding vlog of my homeland. I love ❤ it. Quaint and pretty surroundings in Moruga area. My maternal grandmother's family is from the Indian Walk areas and our great, great, great grandparents were American slaves from North Carolina who were part of the Merekins group who left America after the 1812 war to settle in T&T in 1815. And my paternal great grandmother was part East Indian and Carib Indian. Shows how diverse Trinbago can be as a beautiful paradise. 😍 🏝 🇹🇹🗽

Thank you for the compliments about my videos. History does not show Columbus taking actions that caused the death of Amerindians in Trinidad. However the Spanish colonizers who followed Columbus caused the death of many Amerindians because many of the Amerindians had no natural immunity against the diseases of the Europeans. In addition the Spanish including the Catholic priests overworked the Amerindians, treating some of them like slaves. I believe most Trinidadians have become ambivalent about Columbus, they just do not think about him.

I get this question periodically. When you use Trinidad music the music management companies that work for our Soca Stars, file copyright infringement claims on the video. I and most people feel things pertaining to TT should have at least 90% TT content. There is some much local musical variety in TT that can be used. I will inquire about local copyright local to be used on videos like these. Stay strong. Continue the good work. Peace. Blessings.
