Both F69s still exist they are still at NRE but most of their parts have been removed off of them the whole locomotive shell is still intact though

No, those are single chime horns on the rear. 5 chime consultants has a clip of 450's K5. It does sound strange, although I think it is because of the recording equipment at the time. All bells were working.

Incorrect. Phase IIIa is not a real paint scheme, it is simply Phase III.

I swear I have gotten this comment on all of my videos. I know it is not an official scheme according to Amtrak but I am just being exact. Phase III could mean the P40 variant. (Phase IIIb)
