Hey sir you truly did inspire me. I saw your video about overseas contracting sometime last year and I worked my butt off and got the certs I’ve seen most overseas contracting jobs asking for. I’m currently working an IT job and churning out job apps to get a job out there and hopefully achieve at least enough to buy a house here in the states 😊

Nice video. Can you do a Bali apt review of your place? Because I was in Bali last year and I actually found it quite expensive. Even the food, especially in places like Canggu was the same as my home country (Australia) prices.

Thailand is the same. Not a "cheap" place like it used to be, but still not expensive for Aussies with their banana republic currency when compared to travelling to USA or Europe. Chris, you looked like you were literally "living the dream" during that day on the beach.

Great info. again. Question: I assume putting together all this KZread content takes a lot of time...you are effectively still "working". What do you recommend expats with no jobs do with the abundance of free time on the 3 month test run (and beyond)? What do fulltime Expats do now to repopulate their days with a sense of purpose? (knowing myself I'm guessing I might look for a steady companion...possibly a serious relationship?)...

Normally travel health insurance is not primary health insurance. So is your travel insurance in addition to something else, like VA healthcare?

Yes to VA, but overseas it’s important to have travel insurance as your rider so to speak haha

Philippine visa is way easier and very low cost Stay for years ! But I like being in Thailand better for food and other conditions
