If you use EPS as back fill you don't need as much structural support.

After putting the retaining wall on the soil.. do you need to put water proof paint on the side of the soil/cement first? Or the precast cement will hold the moisture coming from the soil?

Unless the soil is infested with chloride and sulphates to attack the strands/rebar inside. However double priming can be done to exposed concrete a precaution.
so what about the drainage??
Shouldn't you be glueing before you take of the in between stands?
Where is the drainage?

ALL WALLS dont need to be insulated! Say an manure pit, ore outdoor silage ore a storage building
