Going through my Pre-Shampoo treatment/ hot oil treatment I do before washdays to minimise shedding hair loss, retain length and grow my natural hair.
This is perfect especially for Type 4, 4a 4b 4c low and high porosity natural hair.
Ensure your oil using has SLIP - makes detangling natural hair easier
