Dear scab can't be removed from fruit / leaf.
U promised to upload the video of ultra high density . Farmers r waiting for that.................becaz most of the farmers are unaware about ultra h density......

spray any combo fungicide before up coming rains for alternaria. spray for mite only if required. check spray schedule for more information
