Made today on our wedding anniversary, Wife and my kids loved it, just added half a tsp of salt to enhance the flavour a little more, it turned out delicious. My little one already claimed the leftover for tomorrow. Thank you for such an easy yet tasty recipe.

Ingredients: 1/2 cup oil About 1 kg chicken. 4 table spoon yougurt 4 tomatoes 5 green chilli 1 tea spoon salt 1 tablespoon crushed ginger 2 tablespoon crushed garlic 1 Tablespoon coriander powdered 1 tea spoon crushed chilli 1 tea spoon cumin powder 1/4 turmeric powder 1 tea spoon chaat masala 1 tea soon red chilli powder 1/2 garam masala powder 1 teaspoon black pepper crushed 1 tea spoon whole corriander 1 tea spoon whole cumin Fresh Coriander Fresh ginger 2 tea spoon dry fenugreek (dry methi) 1 lemon
