If view is extremely restricted due to illegal parking or narrow exit, so I edge quite a lot into the road, should I reverse if I see a car coming and there is no car behind me?

Hi,May I know how it's working ur online course in manual car,I mean how i can learn ,can u pls explain how its working? Thanks
The first junction out of my test centre is a blind junction with parked cars on both sides. I peeped and checked very slowly if there is any car approaching before making a turn. I took my time, however, unluckily i still missed a mini van approaching at a fast speed which was obscured due to the parked car i guess. Failed in the first 2 mins 😭
