The stunning Ivon Hitchens mural at Cecil Sharp House is an iconic feature of the venue's main dance hall, Kennedy Hall. As part of the refurbishment work taking place in 2016, conservator Jim Dimond was commissioned to conserve and restore the magnificent art work. Dan Carrier spoke to Jim and Operations Director Rosie Baker about Hitchens himself, the history of the mural, the work that is being carried out.
