RESTORING order to DESERTED yard- OVERGROWN clean up- part one

This video is part one of this series and focuses on the front yard. In this video I will be mowing, blowing and edging, as well as restoring an old garden bed.
The resident was financially and physically unable to maintain the property and it had been left unattended for approximately two years.
Although the grass out the front doesn't seem quite long this video is the starter for the extremely overgrown backyard, which has it all.

You rock, Tyler! Great work. Looking forward to part 2. Again, this is my favorite day of the week! Happiness: Writing to my boys each day. I have carried on the tradition for seven years without missing a day. I write them each a letter about their day, some thoughts from me, and my hopes for them. It gives me comfort to know that they will have books to keep with them as they get older. The thought of seeing them flip through the thousands of pages for the first time gives me a sense of peace and purpose. I also find happiness in knowing that they have embraced faith in God. Life here is one thing...eternity is another. 🙂

Making order out of chaos resets the control of a spinning mind. Extending a helping hand to someone in need not only calms thyself but also to the person/people whom the hand was extended to. Tyler you are among the few I follow that deserves all good things to come their way. Your question “ what makes YOU happy?” My personal answer is random acts of kindness. When I see or hear or do anything that helps anyone in any way, I’m happy. Watching what you do makes me happy, thank you Tyler. 💛

What makes me happy? Getting out into the garden, whether it be mowing or tending my flowers and vegetables. Being able to have the house smell of fresh flowers from your own garden while preparing a meal with home grown vegies is a great feeling. As I am my mother’s carer it also allows me to put headphones on and listen to a good book. Little things like that really are great for mental health.

I love nature and I love to see insects and butterflies and birds enjoying the garden also. We do everything green with no chemicals. We are very slowly getting our garden back from the last two years and injuries etc. It's satisfying!! Same as watching your videos!! I am happy to see my adult children and grandchildren. It makes me happy watching you, Sean, Tim and George doing free makeovers for deserving people. I admire your fortitude, you do such a good job on all the jobs you tackle. Greetings from Geelong, Victoria. ❤️🙏👍👏🤗

Thank you Tyler wish your blog's were longer. What makes me happy is living in a country where I am not chased by bombs and leaving beloved pets to starve to death, I give thanks to my self that I can see, walk, eat, feel the wind on my face, hear the birds and most of all tell yourself that each day is a new day and all the abuse and physical trauma is gone and can no longer hurt you, pretty heavy comment but oh so true ❤

I love the way you recycle the plants. I always think it’s a waste to tear them up and just take to the green waste when they could make other people’s gardens pretty. What makes me happy? Watching our only Grandson growing up. 👏👏❤

This is one of my favorite videos to date. I liked how you explained about the weather conditions and why you chose the mower you used. Most importantly, the plants you re-homed. Wonderful video overall. Thank you!
