Rescuing and restoring my great grandfather's rusty, mini ball peen hammer. More than 100 years old, this little four ounce hammer needed some love and attention to repair the damaged original handle, and to renew the hammer head before epoxying all the parts back together. The finished result still shows some of the age through rusty pitting, but the repaired hammer will now last another lifetime in my wood shop. It's also a wonderful legacy tool that can be passed down to further family generations.
