My guess of the value is following: Location 2,500,000, house 270,000, interior (kitchen, awful flooring, bathroom, fixings and furniture) 30,000 = 2,800,000 euro! It looks that the interior would ned a total upgrade, it looks cheap! So put in a minimum of 300.000 and it would match the location and the value of the estate! Fantastic views and location!

Having been to Positano a couple of years ago, having a parking spot and not having to take stairs to get to your home is priceless and very rare. Such a beautiful property with a view that can't be matched anywhere in the world -- and easy access to some great lemon drop candy!

Wow!! I don’t like to make personal remarks but white and the tight fit suits Danilo!! He’s looking tanned and well. His effortless switch between English and Italian and his natural charm make an individual feel comfortable and calm in his presence and on these tours. The villa is of course stunning!! I have yet to see one house I did not enjoy watching. Gorgeous views and enchanting ambiance just draws us in straight away. Lastly, the camerawork work and production of these videos is just incredibly professional and smooth. Great job guys!!

Some notes while watching this video: Now I finally understand meaning of Dolce Vita. In that house you can not have any stress. Danilo, all white suits you perfectly. Italian spoken only once, minimum is twice per video. Grazie mille Danilo! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💙

I love the color scheme of the matching furniture with the paintings and floor tiles. The rounded door tops adds so very much character to each room. I also had to chuckle as I realized Danilo had dressed in the color scheme of the Villa. I'm impressed! The special touch was the videography after Danilo was was speaking we kept seeing the Arial view of the area. Each week, I look so forward to Romolini Christie's listings and videos. Thank you for never disappointing me.

Positano, so glad we are back … I just love it ! Great presentation Danilo and team! This property seems much larger and more modern than the last property on this hillside. The many terraces and balconies make it that more special, especially with the views of Positano. The funicular to the restaurant and private beach is just pure luxury and a good investment into the future as it is unique for the region !

Actually, I’m glad there is no auditory trigger for epilepsy.. or you’d be triggering people, the music on this with the automated repetitive volume swells and contrasting rhythms is beyond irritating…. Computers are not musicians… of course taste and opinions are personal.

Danilo , how is it that Ralph Lauren has not snatched you up to be a model for his collection???? I realize you are a damned good realtor but RL has Nacho Figueras model his clothes and he's a world famous equestrian rider and polo player...I say we have a write in campaign!!!!
