I agree--that is a nice price, for those who have it. For a similar venue and similar size home in California, for example, you'd have to shell out at least 3-4 times that much!

Making it out at a young age is quite difficult. I started a side hustle at 17, saved up and made some good investments. l'm 28,live on my own and having a good life for myself. Big ups to you and everyone out there trying

This would make an extraordinary investment property. Beautifully landscape with interesting touches throughout the property. I loved the landscaping around the pool area, very intimate. Secluded but easily accessible to major cities for goods and services. I loved everything about it. It's a Wow!

I had this weird feeling that it was going to be well worth the wait, and it was! This place has so much potential it makes my heart ache. The entire ground floor - all the stone textures and arches - what a beautiful space that is. I would love to see someone turn it into a private residence - it would be a magical historical property in a really magical landscape. Ciao Danilo! This is a spectacular home. Love the whole idea of the author of 'Under The Tuscan Sun" having written about this very area. That alone is most exciting to know. The price is very fair, I think, anyway. The flowers were so lovely! Having a grand pool and so much room for your own comfortable large Villa, and yet areas for renting or family when they visit, or whatever you would choose is great. You can have part of the smaller house with the church is most intriguing, and can be used for so many options for business or your own Villa to enjoy in any way you may please!!. The Church idea would be so nice to work on. The only thing is to have Frescoes painted would maybe be too much money, for some, and one must find the right person to pant the., But walls maybe could be painted or fixed up as needed and perhaps a few pews found at antique places, if it is meant to be, but either way, it would work as you can use chairs as well. This Chapel would help people anytime they need to pray, or silently reflect on life or other question they may have. It would be fun I think to get the Chapel back to what it should look like?! ( A Family Chapel) Very important really. It can be done in your own Villa in a corner of a room, but this is even nicer This Villa holds so many memories, am sure. If I owned it, in time would love to see if I could find anything more about it? Even to think how they had their own Priest live right on the premises! Can only imagine all that this Villa was like in the 1700s A person would probably need to move quickly and that is not so easy if you do not live close enough.

The Hamlet is simply majestic and like being in a dream, a few favorite features in the main house, YES the arches, the ceilings, the doors the natural colors, the decor are all on point, the shutters throughout and the 3 fireplaces shown are EVERYTHING! The 2nd home is cute and another fireplace! The landscaping is lush, breathtaking and peaceful. It seems Tuscany is a bit of heaven on earth, I'm hooked, thanks Danilo and your team, for the tour of this masterpiece property much success!

If only I can win the lottery. Tuscany is a beautiful part of the world. My best friend and her family are from Barga and I don't need to be asked twice if I would like to visit. If I bought this villa I could visit more often. In my dreams!!!

For such a large property with a dizzying number of rooms, I applaud the designer's (or owner's) tasteful simplicity and consistency. I was a bit surprised to see that the owners' rooms on the top floor were modest and homey compared to their guest areas. By that, you know they are unpretentious, practical people.
