Is that the AMD model? When you removed the keyboard & palmrest, could you then have continued to remove the back cover? Or can you remove the back / bottom cover by itself? Thank you it looks like the CPU can be upgraded as well! Great background music!

I'm thinking of upgrading the CPU of this laptop. How do you think, i7-3632QM or i7-3720QM?Should I stick to 35W TDP or to go to 45W? It's a 17 inches laptop...maybe there's no problem with temperatures and thermal throttling? Thank u mate!

How much ram can I put on this laptop?

I have a g7 pavillion with intel processor, how much does this upgrade cost. And would i need to update to a new OS or any programing required? If its not too expensive i would like to revive that laptop. Its practically im new condition

The upgrade cost approx 70 USD. Yes, you need to reinstall the OS to the new SSD.
