I quit after a couple of years. One of the worst in my opinion, was Paul Rudd. Now whenever I see him on TV, I automatically change the channel. Unfortunately, it's not just the actors though. It's also the director's, the producers, the camera man, and just about anybody that works in the entertainment industry.

My experience with Ellen: Years before her talk show I attended her stand up in NYC. My friend insisted we go to the stage door to get a photo. Reluctantly I went. There were about ten people waiting. Security said she would be right out to say hello. Half hour later she waved from a limo . No she didn't have to greet anyone. She seemed smug.

It's been obvious for two decades that Ellen is "fake nice". It's sad it took fans this long to realize it.

I remember when she came out on TV which was a big deal for me since I was a bullied gay teen at the time. I’m just so disappointed in her.

The sad thing is, if they defended the waitress and outed Ellen, Ellen would have hit back by publicly humiliating the restaurant, her followers would have stopped going to that restaurant and made it lose business.

Her show should be renamed "The Karen Show"

I’m not a Mariah Carey fan and cannot stand her or her diva attitude but what Ellen did to Mariah by trying to give her wine to see if she was pregnant, that was freakin disgusting!!!! As a mom who also had miscarriages, this is what made me dislike Ellen so much! This was a bitchy move and all for ratings. That was a human life inside the womb and the fact that Ellen played with that is pure evil!

Not surprised. I’m a long time bartender in a very expensive high profile casino and have had a few negative experiences with famous actors/actresses. One incident , no names will be used, I had a complaint because I wouldn’t serve this man first ( every time ) before the large crowd of people I had. He actually said “ she must be a lesbian , typical man hater “The entitlement that I’m supposed to ignore everyone else because you think your the most important person in the room.

*Wow, so she’s not a nice person when the cameras aren’t rolling. I see now. She cost an innocent waitress her job. What a ***** .*

Simple solution, turn the channel. Personally a woman who complains about chipped nail polish, which could have happened shortly before the waitress served ellen, tells a story. Waitress can't just stop and repaint her nail right then and there!!! Well, I don't watch Ellen and after this event, I'm not missing anything.

I remember once when I watching her show, i forgot who the guest was and what game they were playing but a cast member came out to help the guest with something, and as he was finishing up, Ellen says, “Get away from him.” It wasn’t jokey or lighthearted as we see on her show but instead really serious and I remember being so thrown off by it.

I'm starting to think Ellen is just a nasty, mean, evil person. In real life she's nothing like the person she portrays on her show. Of course, she couldn't or, she wouldn't have a show. After this upcoming season, she won't have a show, the plug has been pulled.

Lol ... 200$? And that is her bosses issue. There is so much more to this story that isn’t being told. No one complains to a restaurant owner over chipped nail polish. Then the owner doesn’t suspend you for chipped nail polish. This woman seems like she is conveniently leaving out parts of the story trying to use the “hate Ellen train” to get attention from hollywood.

She should have given her a BIG tip so she can have her nails done! That's what kind and understanding person would have done!

Why didn't the owner just laugh at ellen

Years before any of these allegations came to the surface I knew about Ellen and her horrible ways! I am so glad that people finally know what a monster she is!!!
